TelVue & Healing HealthCare Systems renew agreement for The C.A.R.E Channel® digital broadcast servers.
June 27, 2011 - (Mount Laurel, NJ) TelVue Corporation (OTCQB: TEVE), the innovation leader in digital broadcast video servers for hyperlocal and campus broadcasting, today announced that Healing HealthCare Systems has renewed its agreement to purchase digital broadcast servers from the company. TelVue will continue to provide a mix of standard definition (SD) and high definition (HD) digital broadcast servers that broadcast crystal clear digital video to 1000s of televisions installed in hospitals nationally. During the first term of the relationship between the two companies, sales exceeded expectations and are on track to do so in this second term.
“We’re very pleased that Healing HealthCare Systems elected to renew their purchasing agreement,” said Paul Andrews, SVP, Sales and Marketing for TelVue Corporation. “We have been delivering servers to Healing HealthCare at twice the expected rate and hope this trend will continue. By July 2013 there will be more than 300 TelVue-powered video servers broadcasting The C.A.R.E. Channel in SD or HD to hospital patients across the country.”
“We have been very happy with TelVue as our video server supplier during this first year of installations,” said Susan Mazer, President and CEO of Healing HealthCare Systems. “TelVue’s video server products, technical support and provisioning have been everything we expected and more. We’re looking forward to working with TelVue as we continue to add new clients and launch our new, 100% digital high definition programming service that delivers The C.A.R.E. Channel in state-of-the-art broadcast quality.”
