Mahwah, NJ (April 07, 2015) – Telemetrics Inc. today announced the appointment of Chuck Garfield to the newly created position of Director of Marketing and Business Development. A seasoned industry professional with extensive broadcast technical and operational workflow knowledge, Chuck will apply his experience and skills to help drive continued growth of Telemetrics industry leading camera robotic systems.

As Director of Marketing and Business Development, Chuck will develop strategies to increase brand awareness and lead initiatives to drive opportunities for Telemetrics products and services in key markets.

Chuck’s 20 year career has been entirely in the broadcast industry starting as a production assistant where he worked his way up to the positions of news photographer and then newscast director. While at Grass Valley in 2013, Chuck and his team won an Emmy award for Technical Innovation in Live Production Automation for pioneering software solutions to automate live studio productions. Most recently Chuck held positions at Grass Valley as Senior Product Manager and Presales Engineer.

Chuck is a graduate of Creighton University and served in the United States Marine Corp from 1992 to 1996.
