Sescom SES-IPSUMXLR3 unbalanced summing cables provide the proper audio connection from a stereo source to the mono mic input of your iPhone/iPod/iPad device and protect the device from being damaged by phantom power and shorts. With 1/8" TRRS connectors, Sescom summing cables correctly send prerecorded or live audio from a stereo line level output to the mono mic level input of your mobile device for recording or streaming. These cables prevent shorting out of left and right output channels and reduce the signal strength to mic level. Sescom summing cables also block any incoming DC power from the line level device.
