The Fiberlink Six Channel Video Mux Transmitter/Receiver is a pair of compact one RU chassis capable of combining six asynchronous HD-SDI, SD-SDI, DVB-ASI video circuits into a single wavelength for transport across fiber or managed optical network. A plug and play solution requiring no configuration, each of the six channels is assigned a fixed time-slot and aggregated into a single wavelength eliminating complex configurations. The 10.7Gb/s optical output options include standard 10km 1310nm, 40km 1550nm, and 80km 1550nm. CWDM and DWDM channels are also available for optical multiplexing applications. The advanced Foward Error Correction (FEC) insures error free video even at maximum distances and with less than ideal optical cables. The front panel LEDs confirm at a glance the transmission quality.
