The AD7535 is a 14-bit CMOS DAC with a byte wide parallel interface and 4-quadrant multiplication. The microprocessor compatible parallel interface is double buffered and accepts the 14-bit data in two bytes from an 8-bit data bus. The current output has exceptionally low leakage (<20 nA) over the full temperature range. The AD7535 achieves excellent linearity and gain performance over wide temperature ranges.
