About the role
Reporting to the Regional Director - APAC we are recruiting an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to join our established team. This role will support existing and expected growth across ANZ.
We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates complete confidence in their skills to win, maintain and expand relationships with assigned Market Verticals and Resellers. The successful candidate will be able to establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts and leverage those relationships to identify, qualify and realize potential commercial opportunities.
What you’ll do
Working to achieve your sales target, the key areas of responsibility are:
- Champion VITEC products and position VITEC as the IPTV solution of choice within target market sectors – Corporate, Finance, Education, Broadcast, Healthcare, Venues & Stadiums.
- Manage top Convergence resellers in your region
- Demonstrate success of managing and owning the full Sales life-cycle
- Manage top AV and IT partners in your region.
- Set out partner path to success – including delivering sales & technical training and using demonstration equipment
- Consultant and End User Agreements
- Engage with Partners in the system design, delivery and support of VITEC IPTV solutions
- Forecast monthly/quarterly/annual sales volume for each partner
About You
The right candidate will:
- Have experience managing market vertical/reseller accounts within the Audio-Visual industry
- Have existing relationships with top AV and IT integrators
- Having existing relationships and previous experience in ANZ would be an advantage
- Have strong relationships with regional and international corporate and finance institutions
- Have existing strong relationships with Consultants and End Users.
- Be able to demonstrate consistent and significant contribution in previous individual sales roles
- Ideally have worked for another IP/AV technology vendor selling to partners or as an integrator selling and engaging with End Users and Consultants.
- Have a strong technical background with an excellent understanding of IPTV, Video Streaming and Digital Signage solutions
- Have a good understanding of IP networking
- Have experience selling enterprise-class solutions across assigned vertical sectors
- Display entrepreneurial spirit, have a self-sufficient and engaging personality with excellent relationship skills and follow through
Candidates from an IT/SMATV sales background with a strong understanding of AV/convergence/ multi-media technologies will also be considered.

A potential Sales Manager should have the following:
- Bachelor's degree
- AV Industry certifications
- Be Engaging and credible
- Shows initiative and willingness to assume responsibility
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
