Military grade High-Molecular Weight Polyethylene is custom formed with molded bumpers and ribbing. When energy hits this outer shell, it spread over the surface and is dissipated. Any remaining shock is then neutralized by the eight elastomeric shock mounts which are corner-mounted into the corners of the Quadraflex case.
