VMS (Variable Message Sign) board is installed on a gantry to display information to drivers about current road conditions and urges them to follow informative messages. Replaces incandescent bulb for standard signal head. Power consumption is only 1/10 of incandescent bulb. Up to 10 years operation life longevity, minimizes emergency bulb-out calls and repair. Maintains operation even with partial loss of LEDs. Maintains constant light intensity during voltage supply fluctuations. LED bulbs or disks do not exhibit burnout characteristics. Rugged LED bulbs or disk packages are able to withstand high levels of mechanical shock and vibration. High efficiency power supply, power factor (PF) >0.95. Total harmonic distortion (THD) <20%. Auto brightness adjustment according to environment shift. Easy installation and weather-proof module design. Built-in self-test pattern for easy maintenance. Real time self-diagnostic.
