The SQ-VDA-1002 is an analog video distribution amplifier (DA) with cable equalizing. It is used in SEQUOIA Series Signal Processing Platform. The SQ-VDA-1002 is a single channel DA with eight outputs (1×8). The first output is with BY-PASS function, it outputs continuously when module is removed or the power is off. The module supports up to 1000ft (about 300m) video cable equalization. EQ network can be designed according to the cable parameters provided by the users. LED indicator on module edge shows the status information of signals, and the ADJ switch can adjust the parameters manually. Module with independent rear panel can be used in SEQUOIA 1RU/2RU platform. The SQ-VDA-1002 supports SEQUOIA Series platform’s network monitoring function. The module can be controlled and monitored via SEQUOIA network control module and SQ-MASTER platform control software.
